Obi made the remarks during a sixty-minute interview on Magic FM Aba, as monitored by DAILY POST. He also criticized the Electoral Law signed by President Bola Tinubu, describing it as shameful for excluding forgery as a crime. “It is very shameful for Nigeria that the new Electoral Laws assented to by the President excluded forgery as a crime,” Obi said. The former Anambra State Governor added that Nigeria’s economic crises and leadership challenges require the intervention of someone with experience in business and general administration.
