ADC faction warns David Mark's NWC to stop using party assets
The African Democratic Congress (ADC) faction led by Nafiu Gombe has issued a formal warning to David Mark's National Working Committee (NWC) to cease unauthorized use of the party's bank accounts, logo, and name. The BoT and NWC faction stated any continued misuse would attract legal action and be considered financial misconduct. They specifically instructed INEC-recognized NWC to stop issuing statements or making public comments in the party's name. The faction emphasized that membership requires proper registration in Kwara State and vowed to pursue legal remedies if Mark's faction persists. The ADC maintains its identity as a party open to all Nigerians through established registration processes.
