The peaceful state congress produced a new leadership team comprising Kabiru Aliyu Bakura as Vice Chairman, Sanusi Falalu as Secretary, Abdullahi Dahiru as Auditor, Ganiya Sani as Women Leader, and Abdulkarim Umar as Publicity Secretary, among others. He promised inclusive leadership and stronger grassroots mobilisation, stressing that the party would address past shortcomings and reposition itself for electoral success. “I believe ADC is equal to the task; we would reposition all that went wrong as a result of bad leadership,” he said.
