ADCdemands El-Rufai's release or court arraignment

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has demanded the immediate release of former Kaduna State governor Mallam Nasir El-Rufai or his immediate arraignment in court. The party criticized the Tinubu government's handling of the matter, warning it risks eroding Nigeria's democracy. ADC's National Publicity Secretary Bolaji Abdullahi stated: 'Nothing more. Nothing less.' The party questioned the government's commitment to rule of law and human rights, challenging President Tinubu to prove his allegiance to the Constitution. ADC emphasized freedom is a constitutional right, not a privilege, and demanded all relevant officials comply fully with the law.
