APC Chieftain Eze Leaves Party, Joins ADC Over Tinubu's Governance
Former APC chieftain Eze Chukwuemeka Eze has resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC), citing the party's failure to deliver on promises and President Tinubu's administration's economic mismanagement. Eze criticized the APC for losing direction, calling it a congregation of minions serving Tinubu's incompetence. He cited the Naira's free-fall, persistent insecurity, and unfulfilled pledges on food security, education, and democracy as reasons for his departure. Eze expressed regret for promoting the APC, tendered an apology to Nigerians for the party's global image damage, and joined ADC to restore genuine democracy. His move follows similar defections amid growing discontent with Tinubu's leadership.
