The convention, held at Eagle Square, attracted approximately 11,000 attendees, including 8,400 delegates, 1,800 committee members, and 200 VIPs.

Abiodun explained that the subcommittee reviewed past conventions to tackle recurring challenges in crowd management and security. After an on-site assessment, they redesigned the venue layout and ran simulations for 12,000 participants to ensure smooth entry and exit.
