APC maintains current zoning arrangement – Uzodimma
Governor Hope Uzodimma confirmed the APC will retain existing zoning for President, Vice President, and other offices ahead of its national convention. Speaking after a Progressives Governors Forum meeting in Lagos, Uzodimma stated: 'We are not re-zoning. The offices are already zoned. The President is still in office. The Vice President is still in office.' He emphasized this aligns with the Electoral Act, noting the convention is for party officers, not primaries managed by INEC. Uzodimma's statement reinforces the APC's commitment to the current political structure.
