APC'sfear of ADC marks beginning of wisdom – Salihu

A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Ladan Salihu, has stated that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) views the coalition party's growth as a sign of their own impending downfall. Salihu accused the APC of attempting to suppress ADC through legal means, including court cases to deregister the party, while denying Nigeria's endemic poverty and governance failures. He highlighted ADC's expansion to offices in all 36 states and the defection of nine senators to their ranks as evidence of their growing influence. Salihu framed the APC's actions as a reaction to ADC's consolidation of opposition forces, which he claims has rendered Nigeria's democracy a global embarrassment.
