Gov. Alia emphasised that workers’ welfare remains a priority for his administration, stating that improved welfare conditions are essential for better performance and productivity. He assured that the government will continue to implement policies aimed at enhancing workers’ capacity and overall well-being. He also praised labour unions in the state for their cooperation and support, noting that their engagement has contributed to improved productivity and stability within the workforce.
