BUA Cement rewards top Nigerian distributors with cash, vehicles, N30/bag bonus
BUA Cement Plc recognized and rewarded its top performing distributors at its 2025 annual awards ceremony held at Eko Hotels, Lagos. Thirty distributors were honored across four categories (Regional Champions, Pacesetters, Powerhouse, and Market Dominators) with prizes including cash awards, Toyota RAV4 vehicles, and CNG trucks. The top two distributors each received two CNG trucks plus cash, while other leading distributors got one CNG truck each. Regional Champions received 900 bags of cement each.
Chairman Abdul Samad Rabiu announced a N30 per bag bonus for all distributors in 2025, with N4.5 billion total allocated for this incentive. He also revealed expansion plans including Line 6 in Sokoto and a new 3 million tonnes per annum Ososo plant to increase production capacity. Managing Director Yusuf Binji emphasized the company's commitment to strengthening partnerships across its value chain.
For distributors and business partners, this means higher profit margins in 2025 and potentially improved supply chain efficiency with upcoming capacity expansions. The significant investment in distributor incentives suggests BUA Cement is positioning itself for market growth in Nigeria's growing construction sector.
