Dangote Petroleum Refinery’s initial public offering opened on 14 September 2026 and runs until 13 October 2026, offering 4.1 billion shares at ₦525 each with a minimum of 10 shares (₦5,250). For Nigerians living abroad, the biggest hurdle—distance, documentation, currency, account opening, custody and repatriation—has been eased through a dedicated digital route. FSDH Capital, as a joint issuing house, provides the FSDH Nominees Custody Platform where eligible non‑resident investors can complete the entire process online. Applicants start at ipo-global.fsdhgroup.com, upload a valid international passport and recent proof of address, then choose how many shares to apply for and submit. FSDH also handles the Certificate of Capital Importation (CCI), which documents foreign capital brought into Nigeria and is required to repatriate dividends or sale proceeds through the official foreign‑exchange framework, subject to FX rates and availability at the time of repatriation. The investment remains naira‑denominated, so currency risk remains. FSDH Capital is SEC‑licensed, a dealer on the NGX and FMDQ, and stresses that investors must use only the official portal and verified contacts—globalcustody@fsdhgroup.com, capitalcustom@fsdhgroup.com, or WhatsApp +234 704 700 2267—to avoid fraud. Will you take advantage of this streamlined diaspora route to own a stake in Africa’s largest refinery, or wait for a future opportunity with clearer terms?
