Fayose accuses Tinubu govt of selfishness, one-party plot

Popular Nigerian businessman Isaac Fayose, brother of former Ekiti governor Ayodele Fayose, has accused the Bola Tinubu-led administration of being selfish and desperate for a second term. Speaking to DAILY POST on Saturday, Fayose stated he stopped supporting the government after noticing its focus on the 2027 election while ignoring citizens' plights and ongoing terrorist attacks. He accused the administration of insensitivity to the masses' suffering and alleged a plot to create a one-party state by eliminating opposition, stating 'the beauty of democracy is the opposition' and criticizing the government's actions as purely self-serving.
