Federal Agency CEOs Pledge 10 Million Votes for Tinubu's 2027 Re-election Bid

Federal agency chief executives have thrown their weight behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 2027 re-election bid, pledging to mobilise an estimated 10 million votes. The Forum of Chief Executive Officers of Federal Parastatals and Agencies made the declaration on September 10, 2026, citing Tinubu’s courage, reforms and commitment to national development. Otunba Biodun Ajiboye, Chairman of the Forum’s Media and Publicity Committee, signed the statement.

The Forum says its members—over 400 CEOs and senior leaders from agencies nationwide—are uniquely positioned to assess government impact because they implement policies across the 36 states, the FCT and local government areas. They plan to deploy their grassroots networks and community presence to deliver visible, organised support for Tinubu, coordinating with the Presidential Campaign Council to align mobilisation efforts with the campaign strategy.

The pledge translates institutional backing into a concrete vote target, signalling confidence in the Renewed Hope Agenda and potentially shaping the 2027 electoral landscape. However, the actual ability to deliver ten million votes depends on voter response and campaign execution.
