Minister of State Suwaiba Ahmad added that serialised questions will make reliance on leaked materials more difficult, exposing preparation gaps for students who performed well in internal exams through early question access but struggled externally. She urged schools to complete curriculum on schedule while assuring continued ministry support for private educators navigating the reforms.
The measures target making public examinations more secure so results reflect genuine learning and merit. Ahmad noted stronger controls might initially reveal preparation gaps but ultimately aim to rebuild trust in Nigeria's assessment system.
