FGN seeks consultant to boost tech startup support via iDICE Programme's ESO capacity building
FGN has issued a request for expressions of interest for a consultant to strengthen Enterprise Support Organizations (ESOs) under the Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) Programme, funded by AfDB, AFD, and IsDB. The initiative aims to boost innovation, job creation, and economic transformation in Nigeria's digital technology and creative sectors by improving how ESOs support tech startups.
The consultant will conduct diagnostic assessments of ESO service gaps, select promising organizations based on competencies and track records, design capacity-building programs including training and one-on-one needs analysis, coordinate a test-phase for ESO-led startup services, and manage overall program implementation with environmental and social safeguards. Bank of Industry serves as the executing agency appointed by FGN.
