Google’s Gemini Spark AI agent automates tasks across Google apps

Google announced Gemini Spark, an always‑on AI agent that runs in the background across Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, YouTube and Maps, at its May 2026 I/O event.
