Gospel singer Yinka Ayefele denies allegations by Beautiful Nubia that he and BBO copied the melody from Beautiful Nubia's 1997 hit 'Seven Lifes' for their songs 'My Faith in God (Igbagbo Ireti)' and 'Amin'. Beautiful Nubia alleges Ayefele and BBO failed to credit him as composer. Ayefele challenged the claim's credibility and questioned the origins of the disputed composition. BBO has not yet responded. This follows previous gospel music copyright disputes, including Sinach's N5 billion lawsuit and Ruggedman's royalty issues.
