The goal is to drastically reduce cases in courts through mediation and community-based resolution with an expected outcome of stronger community resilience, trust in institutions, and lasting coexistence. Speaking at the ceremony held on Friday at the Katsina State Ministry of Justice Conference Hall, Katsina, HiiL’s Country Representative, Ijeoma Nwafor, explained that the project covered four states comprising Kaduna, Katsina, Plateau, and Benue, where 600 people were trained in each of the benefiting states.
