Heskey predicts Man City title despite Guardiola exit
Former England international Emile Heskey predicts Manchester City will win the Premier League next season despite Pep Guardiola's departure from the Etihad Stadium. "Manchester City will be champions [next season] with or without Pep Guardiola," Heskey told Hajper, as quoted by Metro. He believes City will "really come together as a team" next season after Pep's departure.
For the top four, Heskey predicts: Man City, Man United, Liverpool, and Arsenal, with Aston Villa fifth and Newcastle United sixth. This follows Arsenal winning this season's title ahead of City in a tight race. Heskey noted that Guardiola has "had more than enough" and wants "more family time" before taking another break from football.
With the Premier League season concluding and summer transfers beginning, which of Heskey's predictions for next season do you think is most likely to come true, and which would you most like to see proven wrong?
