The lawyer dismissed plaintiff claims that Mark and Aregbesola emerged on July 22, 2025, arguing those assertions are "speculative" and lack evidence. Instead, ADC produced documents showing they sent INEC a notice of the July 29 meeting on July 4, 2025.
The lawyer also questioned the plaintiff's legal standing to file the case, citing Supreme Court rulings that individuals cannot take legal action on internal party matters. The case continues with another hearing scheduled for April 13, 2026.
