JAMB has introduced a 'No View, No Pay' policy requiring all UTME registration centres to maintain CCTV surveillance monitored remotely from Abuja headquarters. Payments are withheld if centres cannot be monitored, addressing 4,251 cases of cheating and 190 AI-assisted image morphing incidents in 2025. Centres face delisting for tampering with feeds. ₦1.57 billion ($1.13 million) was remitted to CBT centres for 2026 registration. Seat capacity concerns exist for over two million candidates, with Benjamin stating fewer centres extend exam duration.
