Kenneth Okonkwodeclares Nigerians tired of Tinubu, ADC only viable opposition
Nollywood actor Kenneth Okonkwo stated Nigerians have had enough of President Tinubu, declaring he must leave office in 2027. Okonkwo, a lawyer and ADC chieftain, posted on X: 'We’ve had enough! Tinubu has to go in 2027. God helps those who help themselves.' He asserted ADC is Nigeria’s sole viable opposition party for 2027 elections. Okonkwo criticized Senate President Godswill Akpabio for allegedly harassing Senator Eyinnaya Abaribe after his ADC defection, contrasting Akpabio’s own APC switch with applause. 'Dubious double standards,' Okonkwo added. The statement comes amid political tensions ahead of 2027 polls.
