Linc Edochie warns Northern youths against Iran solidarity protests
Popular Nigerian actor Linc Edochie has warned Northern youths against participating in protests supporting Iran following the death of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The actor, in a Facebook video, cautioned protesters not to provoke superpower nations like the US and Israel, stating Nigeria cannot withstand their fury. The conflict escalated after Iran launched retaliatory strikes against Israeli and US assets in the Middle East. Edochie emphasized the situation could escalate into a global conflict, urging protesters to avoid drawing attention to Nigeria. "This may not be our direct concern, but let us take this matter to God in prayers. A third world war has formally begun," he said. "You don't want to provoke a superpower. We cannot stand the fury of these countries. Let us just respect ourselves and manage our problems the way we are, please."
