Malami Granted ₦200 Million Bail in DSS Terror Charges
Federal High Court Abuja Justice Joyce Abdulmalik granted former AGF Abubakar Malami and his son Abdulaziz ₦200 million bail in terrorism and illegal firearms charges. The judge ordered them remanded at Kuje Correctional Centre pending bail perfection. Malami must provide two sureties each, one owning Maitama or Asokoro property, with title deposited at court. Both must submit passports and photos. Trial starts March 4. Malami faces five-count charges including terrorism financing and illegal firearm possession at Gesse Phase II, Birnin Kebbi.
