MTN Dominates Nigeria's Fibre Internet Market, Adding 13,433 Subscribers in December 2025

MTN Nigeria added 13,433 subscribers to its fibre-to-the-home service in December 2025, solidifying its lead in Nigeria's fixed Internet market. Smaller competitors 21st Technologies and SWIFT Nigeria suffered significant losses, with 21st's subscriber base dropping 50% from 175 to 82 and SWIFT losing 44.3% of its users.
