NDPC launches Meta-backed data protection initiative amid rising cyber threats
Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) has launched the Meta-Supported Initiative for Data Protection (M-SIDP), a two-year programme funded by Meta following a 2025 court-approved settlement over Meta's data processing practices in Nigeria.
