This follows heightened security concerns across the Gulf region after military exchanges involving the US, Israel, and Iran, prompting tightened security measures in multiple countries. Nigeria's Ministry of Foreign Affairs also issued a parallel advisory for nationals in Iran and neighboring Gulf states, while the Nigeria Police Force assured heightened domestic security vigilance.
