Nigerian-British influencer Tiny Ubiribo dies after Bangkok penis filler
Nigerian-British businessman and social media influencer Igho 'Tiny' Ubiribo died on 6 March 2026, just hours after undergoing his fifth penis enlargement procedure at a cosmetic clinic in Bangkok, Thailand. During the final treatment on 5 March, he received 40cc of hyaluronic acid filler in a single session, despite the doctor’s advice to split the injection into two appointments. Ubiribo had been a regular patient at the clinic since 2024, completing four earlier procedures between 2024 and 2025 without reported complications.
After the injection, his wife said he went for a massage before losing consciousness. He was rushed to a private hospital in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit area where doctors suspected an embolism and prepared for a CT angiography, but he had no pulse before the scan could be performed. Resuscitation efforts failed, and a Westminster Coroner’s Court inquest later confirmed his death resulted from a pulmonary embolism linked to the filler.
Thai health officials inspected the clinic on 7 September and are investigating whether it complied with national medical standards, with findings to be forwarded to the Medical Council. Police are also probing the circumstances of his death.
