PDP reveals plans to rig 2027 elections using same serial numbers
PDP spokesman Ini Ememobong claims INEC collusion will allow printing of duplicate election result serial numbers (EC8A). Speaking on Arise Television, he alleges manual voting units will use BVAS accreditation numbers to fabricate results. "They'll take accreditation digits and fill forms in houses," he said, warning this undermines electronic transmission trust. "Going to vote is faith in the system," he added, noting only 26% voted in 2023. This follows PDP's criticism of APC's exclusion from Rivers by-election.
