The State Police Commissioner, CP Bassey Ewah, who made the presentation at the Command Headquarters in Jos, stated that the gesture was intended to support the welfare of the deceased’s dependents. He further urged the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the funds while awaiting other entitlements due to them which he promised would be paid in due course.
