The action follows a viral video circulating online, in which a driver alleged he was stopped by the officer despite having complete vehicle documentation and was subsequently pressured to part with money over a disagreement about the colour of his car. The statement read, “UPDATE: The officer seen in the viral video as posted by #epiccycl has been identified, arrested, detained and queried.
