PTDF 2026/2027 Overseas Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme
The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) is inviting qualified Nigerians to apply for its 2026/2027 Overseas Scholarship Scheme (OSS). This program is designed to cultivate indigenous talent for the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry.
💰 Scholarship Benefits (Fully Funded) The sponsorship is comprehensive and covers the following:
- Flight tickets
- Health insurance
- Tuition and Bench fees (where applicable)
- Living expenses
🌍 Available Programmes & Locations: The scheme has been restructured for specific locations for MSc and PhD degrees:
- MSc Programmes Fully Funded in: United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Malaysia.
- PhD Programmes Standard Fully Funded: Germany, France, and Malaysia.
⚠️ Important Change for UK PhDs: PhDs in the United Kingdom are now exclusively Split-Site Programmes. How it works: Collaboration between the PTDF College of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Kaduna (CPESK) and three UK partner universities. Partner Universities: Robert Gordon University, University of Strathclyde, and University of Portsmouth.
