Ribadu should be sacked over insecurity – analyst
Political analyst Ibrahim Modibo called for National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu's sacking on Arise TV, citing failed security architecture. He questioned why technology like drones and surveillance cameras aren't used to monitor military bases, noting terrorists capture and ransom people despite knowing ransom locations. Modibo asked, 'Why are we not using technology?' and demanded 'state of the art materials' for surveillance. He stated, 'The security architecture has failed. If someone is failing exams, will he continue graduating? He should be let go.' 614,937 lives lost to kidnapping and N2 trillion ransom payments highlight the crisis.
