Sarz admits early career arrogance, now embraces collaboration

'I really wanted to impress everybody. I just thought I was the best thing to exist in music,' Sarz said. 'But now I understand that I don't know it all. I'm always willing to learn from anyone—even someone that just started yesterday.'
