SDPSpokesman: Members lose membership if taking party to court
National Publicity Secretary of the Social Democratic Party, Araba Aiyenigba, declared that any SDP member who takes the party to court automatically loses membership. Speaking on Arise Television's 'Prime Time', Aiyenigba stated this is part of the party's internal crisis resolution mechanism. He emphasized that political parties should resolve internal differences without court interference, noting that courts now recognize such matters as internal affairs. The rule applies immediately upon initiating legal action against the party.
