Seplat Energy reports 148% production surge, $2.73B revenue in 2025
Seplat Energy delivered transformative growth in 2025, with group production rising 148% to 131,506 boepd and revenue surging 144% to $2.73 billion. This reflects the first full-year consolidation of offshore assets and strong onshore performance driven by the Sapele Gas Plant completion and new well activity. Financial performance strengthened significantly, with adjusted EBITDA rising 137% to $1.28 billion and operating cash flow expanding 276% to $1.17 billion. Net debt fell 25% to $673.3 million, supporting a total FY 2025 dividend of 25.0 cents per share, up 52% year on year. Operational milestones included first gas at the ANOH plant, a 48.6 kboepd boost from idlewell restoration, and completion of the EAP Inlet Gas Exchanger. Production guidance for 2026 is set at 135-155 kboepd, supported by expanded drilling and gas growth projects.
