Tinubu's media aide Sunday Dare denies APC role in ADC leadership crisis during Channels TV appearance. Federal government will protect people's right to organize politically, he added.

Dare made the disclosure on Channels Television's Politics Today program, responding to INEC's deregistration of the David Mark-led faction of African Democratic Congress. 'APC is not the architect of ADC's crisis,' he stated. 'It is self-inflicted.'

The presidential aide emphasized that building strong political parties requires sacrifice and hard work, not shortcuts. 'If you cannot do that, don't blame someone else for the resultant failure,' he added.

Dare also refuted claims that federal government wants only APC on the 2027 ballot, noting that journalists attack the President daily with no one stopping them. This comes as INEC deregistered the David Mark ADC faction, raising concerns about opposition viability ahead of 2027 elections.

Will ADC's leadership crisis create space for new opposition parties or strengthen existing ones in 2027?
