Transcorp Group delivered record financial performance in FY 2025, with revenue rising 33% to ₦544 billion, Profit Before Tax growing 31% to ₦179.5 billion, and Profit After Tax surging 44% to ₦135.9 billion. Total assets surpassed ₦1 trillion for the first time, reaching ₦1.002 trillion. Power subsidiaries drove growth with 38% revenue increase, while Transcorp Hotels revenue rose 38% to ₦97.04 billion.
