Ukraine condemns Iran over drone support threat

Ukraine has denounced Iran's threat that its technical assistance to Tehran's adversaries could make Ukraine a lawful target. Iranian lawmaker Ebrahim Azizi stated Ukraine's drone support to Israel turns its territory into a legitimate target. Kyiv countered that Iran's drone sharing with Russia constitutes 'murder of Ukrainians' and called Iran's self-defense justification 'absurd'. Ukraine, a leader in drone interception, has received requests from over 10 countries to repel Iranian-made Shahed drones amid Middle East tensions. European leaders praised President Zelensky's intervention.
