The arrest was disclosed in a post shared on X by security analyst, Zagazola Makama. According to Makama, preliminary findings also indicated that he had been on the wanted list of the Department of State Services (DSS) over his alleged involvement in kidnapping-related activities. Following his arrest, the suspect was handed over to the DSS for further investigation and possible prosecution. Authorities also said security operations are being intensified in the area to track down other members of the suspected criminal network still at large.
